JamesJames H. Johnson, PhD, Coauthor the Senior Wellness Series, is a licensed clinical psychologist and Chairman of Home Care Assistance. He is the former department chair of the Virginia Consortium for Professional Psychology and the award-winning author of nine books. He holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.

LilyLily Sarafan, MS, Coauthor the Senior Wellness Series, is President and Chief Operating Officer of Home Care Assistance. She has been featured as an industry expert by more than 100 media outlets. She holds Masters and Bachelors degrees from Stanford University.

He has more than 15 years of experience in clinical practice, research, teaching, and administration. He holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University.
